Exit Poll of 2003 District Council ElectionBack

Conducted independently by the Public Opinion Programme at the University of Hong Kong, "Exit Poll of 2003 District Council Election" was partly sponsored by Cable TV, TVB and ATV. Some of the figures have been released by the sponsors on the election day, a few days after which they were also provided to some local academics specialized in election studies. In January 2004, POP and Hong Kong Economic Times co-organized the "Analysis of Voter Behaviour of the 2003 District Council Election". POP provided exit poll data and some commentaries, while Hong Kong Economic Times provided the coverage and decided on whatever articles and commentaries they would carry. POP Site then releases all data for public consumption, as part of POP's service to the community. Please acknowledge the source when re-printing or citing these figures.
